Our core business is mobile disco's but we also offer video discos, karaoke, PA hire, Event lighting and Event Photography.
What Packages do you offer ?
The good news is that the price quoted includes Modern lighting Effects, Sound system, 1 cordless microphone and the DJ. We do have extra services which are listed below. We have decided to not offer different size packages as we will taylor the disco to fit the venue ensuring that the service allways furfils the clients requirements, it also means that you are not paying for things, that are not required. What Kind of music do you Play ?
We will play a wide range of music tailored to the event. You can have as much input as you like into what we play. This can all be managed via our music request database once you have made you booking with us.
Do you play requests?
Yes we always play client request and welcome you to ask, we use a digital computerised system so can find choices very quick.
How Much do you charge?
The price is dependent on many factors including distance, venue access, event times and services required for a quote please visit our availability checker here
How many DJ's work for WhiteFusion Disco ?
WhiteFusion disco has around 5 DJ's that carry out work for us; these are Wayne, Paul, Stuart, Simon, Martin.
How you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes we carry 2 million pounds of public liability insurance.
What lighting do you use?
We use a wide range of light including scanners, projectors, LED lighting and laser lights. (Visit the gallery for pictures and videos).
What Sound System do you use?
We use Shermann Audio speakers and Yamaha amps these are all professional level equipment and are designed for the job that they we use them for.
Do you carry spare equipment in the event of a failure?
Yes we carry spare audio and lighting equipment, but our equipment is serviced every 6 months so there is no need to worry about this.
Do you have an testimonials from previous functions?
Yes we do, we do not list them on our website because of data protection. We send our an evaluation survey after every event and keep these results for constant improvement. We would be happy to email a few to you if you wish to see sample feedback.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes we charge a standard £50.00 deposit for all bookings this is payable either via credit card or cheque and is subject to our standard terms and conditions of bookings.
Do you confirm bookings in writing?
Yes we confirm all bookings in writing, if the booking is booked directly. if you booked through a hotel such as the Hilton Hotel, Newport then they will confirm the booking directly with us.
How do I make music requests via your website?
When we sent you the booking confirmation paperwork there was a username and password on it please use these to go to the event management section and make requests the link is here (if you have booked via the Hilton or any other hotel please use the guess access section here)
I have booked via the Hilton Hotel, Newport or another hotel and I cannot access the online booking system?
This is likely to be because we use the guest access system for hotel bookings due to the way the system is set up this will allow you to make music requests before the event. You need to enter the event date and the password specified by the hotel you can go directly to the section by clicking here.
The Hilton has told me we can display photos on screen on the night ?
This is correct, we need the images as low resolution JPEG's less than 1MB is size. We normally request these images are supplied on a clean USB pen or cd. We can take the images on the night, but if it is a must that the images are shown then we recommend supplying before hand. (this service is only provided FOC to the Hilton Hotel, Newport). Any questions please let us know at least a week before the event as we do not have the computer systems onsite to ensure that it can be sorted.
What Extra Services do you provide ?
Event Photography - Free Onsite professional photographer who will attend for free and sell the prints on the night
Karaoke Services & Video / DVD Projection Services
Race Nights - Recorded Race projected onscreen where guests can bet on the winners and win money back, great for fund raising nights.
I have checked the date on the on the date checker and it states you are free on our event date?
This is because we are a multiple dj company and until all our DJ's are booked this will show as being free. There is no need to be concerned providing the paperwork has been returned and you have had the confirmation email the date is booked. You can double check by logging into the event booking system.
I like the event lighting and want to know can I choose the colour output?
Yes is the answer but custom colours apart from Red Green and Blue (can be mixed) are more expensive as the lights have to be programmed and takes around 2 hours for 8 up lighters.
Power requirements?
We require two separate 13 amp plug sockets
Can you play a CD we bring?
Yes just bring the CD along with you on the night. If there are any questions just let us know.
I like the video screen feature can you play a DVD of my wedding ?
Yes but it requires to bring extra hardware so please make us aware at time of booking.
Can I show photos on the video screen?
Yes we can but we need to have the photos at least a week before hand to ensure they are in the correct format.
You took photo’s at our function can I have a copy ?
The photos we took will be on our sister companies website www.whitefusionphotos.com we can supply all the images on a disk for a set fee or you can purchase 8 by 6 inch prints of each photo. Please visit the website for further information.
